1103 Team Member Services is seeking a part-time Occupational Therapist in Daytona Beach, FL to evaluate, plan, and implement therapy for patients. The role requires accuracy in documentation, patient and caregiver education, and discharge planning within payer guidelines.

Responsibilities include supervising OT assistants, maintaining clinical competencies, and supporting safety and quality initiatives in a faith-based healthcare setting. Hours are managed to meet patient needs.

Qualifications

• Master's in Occupational Therapy (preferred).
• OT license or temporary OT license required.
• BLS/CPR certification required.

Responsabilités

• Perform evaluations and re-evaluations per standards.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans with goals.
• Educate patients and caregivers; provide discharge recommendations.
• Document accurately in EMR; maintain timely records.
• Supervise OT assistants and rehab aides.
• Ensure safety and productivity; participate in quality initiatives.
