Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Licensed Occupational Therapist (OT).
• Master's Degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Establishes treatment plans and provides therapy tailored to discharge goals and needed equipment.
• Educates and collaborates with patients, families and other health professionals; discusses referrals as needed.
• Delegates to assistants and students, and ensures competency for interventions.
• Completes documentation per departmental policies.
• Provides assessment, reassessment, and consultations for Occupational Therapy Services.
