Job summary

Twilight Towers in Tell City, IN seeks a part-time Professional to support meal-site operations and volunteer management. The hours are 10:00 am–12:30 pm, Monday through Friday, with no nights or weekends.

Responsibilities include completing timesheets, deposits, and participant records, counting donations, and promoting meal-site services to participants. A background check and drug screen are required.

• Attend meetings and promote meal site services such as birthday parties, bingo, etc.

Salary Range: $10.00 To $10.00 Hourly

Responsibilities

• Responsible for day to day operation of meal site including volunteer management at Twilight Towers, Tell City , IN.
• Complete all paperwork in an accurate and timely fashion. Includes: timesheet, attendance, deposit slips, order sheet, supply form, volunteer reports, and participant information
• Complete General Liability Loss Notice Accident Report for any volunteers or participants injured on the site
• Responsible for the safe handling of donations given by participants. Must count money daily with one other person to verify and then deposit into bank
• Attend all meetings as requested
• Promote and provide meal site supportive services such as birthday parties, bingo, card playing, etc., if participants desire
