Northeastern University – Fall River Campus is seeking part-time faculty to teach theoretical courses across nursing areas, including Adult Medical/Surgical, Public Health, Maternal-Child, Pediatrics, and Psychiatric/Mental Health. Positions depend on curricular needs and may include didactic or lab components.

Requirements: Master's in Nursing, MA RN license, and at least two years of recent nursing experience. Start dates include May, July, September, and January.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in nursing is required.
• Two years of relevant nursing experience within the last five years preferred.
• Competence appropriate to teaching responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Prepare lectures and course materials.
• Develop examinations and evaluate student performance.
• Deliver didactic and/or skills laboratory instruction as assigned.
• Maintain office hours and coordinate with lead faculty as needed.
