Hondros College of Nursing is seeking a BSN prepared Nurse for a part‑time Nursing Faculty role at our West Chester Campus!

Responsibilities

• Instruct students in the classroom, lab, and/or clinical setting
• Promote a positive learning environment
• Work collaboratively to assure full implementation of the curriculum
• Participate as members of the Faculty Organization and Campus Curriculum Committees
• Recommend strategies for student success
• Tutor students to assist in meeting course objectives
• Implement the clinical experience component of the program, if applicable
• Evaluate each student’s achievement and progress and provide valuable feedback

Requirements

• A Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN)
• At least three years full‑time in the practice of nursing as a Registered Nurse or part‑time equivalent
• Active, unencumbered licensure in the State of Ohio as a Registered Nurse
• Current American Heart Association compliant Basic Life Support (BLS) certification

General Credentialing Requirements

• Providing copies of official transcripts for all degrees earned
• Providing a copy of current American Heart Association BLS or ACLS CPR card
• Completion of a physical form (from within the last 12 months)
• Immunization documentation for Hepatitis B
• Immunization documentation for MMR
• Immunization documentation for TDAP/Tetanus
• Immunization documentation for TB (2 step)
• Immunization documentation for Varicella
• Immunization documentation for FLU (October 1 - April 1 hires)
