The Clayton State University School of Nursing within the College of Health is accepting applications for part‑time instructors in the Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree program. This part‑time faculty position reports to and collaborates with the Assistant Dean and the Director of Undergraduate Programs. The faculty member is expected to provide mentoring, advising, didactic and/or clinical training and primarily serves as faculty for the Undergraduate (BSN) program. Responsibilities include curriculum implementation, evaluation, classroom and/or online instruction, and clinical supervision at various sites.
Demonstrate commitment to contributing to CSU School of Nursing mission and vision, contribute to curriculum implementation and evaluation with an emphasis on BSN education, prepare appropriate plans, materials, and learning activities for students to achieve the learning outcomes of each class, and supervise clinical, simulation, and laboratory settings. Maintain open communication with the course coordinator, other faculty, and personnel at practice partner sites. This is an on‑campus, non‑virtual, as‑needed position.
