Job summary

Hancock Park Rehabilitation and Nursing Center in Quincy, MA seeks Staff Nurses to join a compassionate team. Available shifts include Part-Time All Shifts and Per-Diem; licensure and CPR certification required; SNF experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Must possess valid unencumbered RN/LPN MA State License and CPR certification.

• At least 1 year of Skilled Nursing Facility experience, required.

Responsibilities

• Administer meds, complete assessments, and ensure care is properly delivered to residents.
• Assess residents and coordinate with Physicians on plan of care.
• Develop, write, execute, and monitor care plans for resident safety and wellbeing.
• Maintain safety of residents.
• Follow appropriate regulatory guidelines.

Requirements for Staff Nurse:
