Job summary

MRG Exams is seeking a Nurse Practitioner (NP) to perform disability assessments for U.S. Veterans. Focused, in-person exams and electronic record review to complete VA documentation.

This part-time role is 1 day per week (Wednesday or Friday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM) with a caseload of 3–5 Veterans daily. Equipment is provided; no treatment or prescribing. Privacy and gender-specific protocol requirements apply.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted NP license in the United States.
• Experience performing focused disability assessments preferred.
• Comfortable with electronic record review and documentation.
• Male applicants preferred to comply with VA gender-specific protocols.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-person disability assessments for U.S. Veterans.
• Review and analyze electronic medical records via a secure web portal.
• Accurately document exam findings and complete VA forms.
• Provide medical opinions based on assessment findings.
