Our multidisciplinary teamutilizesa trauma-informed, harm-reduction framework to stabilize individuals and connect them with long-term care while avoiding unnecessary emergency room visits.
We are seeking a Part-Time (21 hours) Nurse Practitioner (NP) to function as an advanced practice provider delivering medical evaluation, physical health stabilization, and integrated primary care to individuals in a behavioral health setting. Practicing within the full scope of New York State licensure, the NP ensures that clients experiencing acute mental health or substance use emergencies are medically cleared and treated for underlying health conditions. This role is a vital part of a 24/7 multidisciplinary team, bridging the gap between physical health and behavioral health crisis intervention.

This is a part-time exempt role with an annual salary of $101,846.
This roleis located in Blauvelt, NY and has a schedule of Sunday, Tuesday and Thursday 4pm-12am.
