Job summary

Milan Laser Hair Removal in Yakima, WA is seeking a licensed Nurse Practitioner to deliver laser hair removal treatments in a patient-focused, safe clinical environment. You will perform procedures according to medical protocols, educate clients, and support clinic operations.

This part-time role offers a 2-day rotating schedule with competitive hourly pay and a monthly bonus, plus benefits including 401k, free laser services for you and a partner, and professional liability coverage.

Qualifications

• Current NP license in good standing with active national certification as FNP-C or FNP-BC is required.
• For certain states (CT, ID, LA, OR, SD, SC, WA) a NP license is required with either FNP certification or AGPCNP-BC/AGNP-C.
• Interest in aesthetics and helping clients achieve confidence-building results.

Job description

Pay: $69.00 - $79.00 an hour + Monthly Bonus

Schedule: 2 Days Per week (Rotating)

• Week 1: Monday & Tuesday
• Week 2: Friday & Saturday

Your Ability to Make a Difference:

• Clinical Care: Perform laser hair removal treatments according to medical protocols and safety standards. Complete pre‑treatment setup, operate laser equipment, and perform daily equipment checks.
• Client Education & Influence: Educate and guide clients on treatment plans, expected results, and pre/post‑care. Reinforce progress and recommend additional treatment areas based on client goals and outcomes.
• Client Experience: Deliver a professional, welcoming experience where clients feel informed and confident. Personalize treatments, anticipate client needs, and encourage rebooking and reviews.
• Clinic Operations: Prepare treatment rooms, flip rooms between clients, and maintain clinic cleanliness. Follow operational standards including opening/closing tasks, inventory, and equipment readiness.
• Team Collaboration: Partner with clinic teams to support daily operations and clinic sales goals. Communicate scheduling updates and model Milan’s standards of professionalism.

Position Responsibilities:

• Perform laser hair removal treatments following Milan’s established medical protocols
• Educate clients on pre and post‑treatment care to ensure safe and effective results
• Document treatments accurately and maintain compliant medical records
• Prepare treatment rooms and equipment to ensure safe and efficient client flow
• Maintain a clean, professional clinical environment between treatments
• Discuss treatment progress with clients and recommend additional treatment areas when appropriate
• Encourage client reviews and referrals through excellent service
• Support daily clinic operations including scheduling, confirming appointments, and maintaining client records
• Assist with opening and closing duties and treatment room preparation
• Perform minor maintenance and cleaning of laser equipment to ensure optimal performance
• Collaborate with clinic leadership and team members to support clinic goals and client satisfaction

Requirements:

• Current applicable Nurse Practitioner (NP) license in good standing, along with active national certification as a Certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C or FNP-BC) is required
• For Connecticut, Idaho, Louisiana, Oregon, South Dakota, South Carolina, and Washington:Current applicable Nurse Practitioner (NP) license in good standing, along with either active national certification as a Certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C or FNP-BC) or a Certified Adult‑Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner (AGPCNP-BC or AGNP-C), is required
• Passion for providing exceptional patient care and client service
• Strong communication skills and the ability to educate clients clearly and confidently
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and clinical protocols
• Interest in the aesthetics industry and helping clients achieve confidence‑building results
• After completing training, ability to support onboarding and training of new providers
