Job summary

Integrated Wound Care in Stamford, CT is seeking a compassionate Nurse Practitioner to join our focused wound-care team on a part-time basis. You will conduct wound assessments, develop personalized treatment plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes.

You will document accurately in electronic medical records, educate patients and families, and adapt care plans as patients progress.

Qualifications

• Active Nurse Practitioner license valid in the state of employment.
• Minimum of 1 year of wound-care experience.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong critical thinking and decisive skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Solid time management and organizational abilities.
• Comfortable with electronic medical records.
