Job summary

Integrated Wound Care is seeking a compassionate Nurse Practitioner to provide focused wound care in partner facilities on a part-time basis. You will assess wounds, develop treatment plans, and educate patients and families to improve outcomes.

You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, document accurately using EMR, and adapt plans as residents progress, delivering high-quality care with flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted license as a Nurse Practitioner in the state of employment.
• Minimum of 1 year of wound care experience.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong time management and organizational abilities.
• Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
