Milan Laser Hair Removal in Coeur d'Alene (Post Falls), ID, seeks a Nurse Practitioner to deliver laser hair removal treatments in a part-time capacity. You’ll supervise clinical care, educate clients on procedures, and help maintain compliant medical records in a structured clinic setting.

The position offers a Monday–Friday rotating schedule with 19 hours per week, requiring a current NP license and FNP-C or FNP-BC certification.

• Must hold an active Nurse Practitioner license in good standing.
• National certification as FNP-C or FNP-BC required.

Responsibilities

• Perform laser hair removal treatments following medical protocols and safety standards.
• Educate clients on pre/post-care and treatment plans; discuss progress and additional areas as appropriate.
• Maintain professional clinical environment and accurate medical records.
• Prepare and sanitize treatment rooms; manage inventory and equipment readiness.
• Collaborate with clinic team to meet daily operations and sales goals.

Schedule: 2 Days Per week (Rotating)

As a Laser Hair Removal Provider, you will deliver safe, effective treatments while helping clients build confidence and achieve long-term results. Your Ability to Make a Difference:

• Clinical Care: Perform laser hair removal treatments according to medical protocols and safety standards. Complete pre-treatment setup, operate laser equipment, and perform daily equipment checks.
• Client Education & Influence: Educate and guide clients on treatment plans, expected results, and pre/post-care. Reinforce progress and recommend additional treatment areas based on client goals and outcomes.
• Client Experience: Deliver a professional, welcoming experience where clients feel informed and confident. Personalize treatments, anticipate client needs, and encourage rebooking and reviews.
• Clinic Operations: Prepare treatment rooms, flip rooms between clients, and maintain clinic cleanliness. Follow operational standards including opening/closing tasks, inventory, and equipment readiness.
• Team Collaboration: Partner with clinic teams to support daily operations and clinic sales goals. Communicate scheduling updates and model Milan’s standards of professionalism.

Position Responsibilities:

• Perform laser hair removal treatments following Milan’s established medical protocols
• Educate clients on pre and post-treatment care to ensure safe and effective results
• Document treatments accurately and maintain compliant medical records
• Prepare treatment rooms and equipment to ensure safe and efficient client flow
• Maintain a clean, professional clinical environment between treatments
• Discuss treatment progress with clients and recommend additional treatment areas when appropriate
• Encourage client reviews and referrals through excellent service
• Support daily clinic operations including scheduling, confirming appointments, and maintaining client records
• Assist with opening and closing duties and treatment room preparation
• Perform minor maintenance and cleaning of laser equipment to ensure optimal performance
• Collaborate with clinic leadership and team members to support clinic goals and client satisfaction

Requirements:

• Current applicable Nurse Practitioner (NP) license in good standing, along with active national certification as a Certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C or FNP-BC) is required
• For Connecticut, Idaho, Louisiana, Oregon, South Dakota, South Carolina, and Washington: Current applicable Nurse Practitioner (NP) license in good standing, along with either active national certification as a Certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C or FNP-BC) or a Certified Adult-Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner (AGPCNP-BC or AGNP-C), is required
• Passion for providing exceptional patient care and client service
• Strong communication skills and the ability to educate clients clearly and confidently
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and clinical protocols
• Interest in the aesthetics industry and helping clients achieve confidence-building results
• After completing training, ability to support onboarding and training of new providers
