Job summary

Crossroads Treatment Centers is seeking a part-time Nurse Practitioner to evaluate and manage patients with opioid use disorder in our outpatient Lynchburg clinic. You will prescribe appropriate medications, complete medical documentation, and collaborate with staff to provide holistic care, including referrals to other providers.

Will perform injections. Applicants must hold an active, unrestricted NP license, DEA registration, and be eligible for Medicaid/Medicare credentials; state-specific

Qualifications

• NP with active, unrestricted licensure and authorized to practice in the state.
• Primary specialty in Family Medicine/Family Practice, Internal Medicine, General Practice, Psychiatry.
• DEA registration with ability to schedule 2, 2N, 3, 4, & 5.
• Must have or be eligible for Medicaid/Medicare credentials.
• Additional state-specific education or certifications may be required.

Responsibilities

Day in The Life of a Part-time Nurse Practitioner

Schedule & Locations We are growing and need part-time NP's in the Lynchburg area.

Education and Licensure Requirements

• Nurse Practitioner with an active, unrestricted licensure and authorized to practice in the state of practice
• Primary specialty in one of the following: Family Medicine/Family Practice, Internal Medicine, General Practice, Psychiatry
• DEA Certificate of Registration in the state of practice with ability to schedule 2, 2N, 3, 4, & 5
• Must have or be eligible for enrollment for Medicaid and Medicare credentials
• Additional education or certification may be required depending on state of practice.

Preferred Experience

Experience in addiction medicine, preferably with experience treating patients with opioid use disorder (OUD) and/or providing medication for opioid use disorder.
