You will work alongside physical therapists, athletic trainers, certified medical assistants, injury prevention specialists, and case managers to deliver high-quality care for employees, including workplace

Qualifications

• Licensed Pennsylvania NP or PA-C in good standing.
• Strong orthopedic/musculoskeletal skills.
• Preferably 2+ years of clinical experience.
• Occupational medicine experience preferred.
• Confident communicator who can work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat workplace injuries, including sprains, strains, lacerations, contusions, burns, and chemical exposures.
• Perform DOT physicals and occupational medical screenings.
• Support treatment planning, documentation, and return-to-work decisions.
• Perform procedures such as suturing and joint injections, as appropriate.
• Collaborate with case management and workers' compensation teams.
• Help employees stay safe, healthy, and productive at work.

$60.00-$75.00 per hour, based on experience, certifications, and occupational medicine expertise.
