Job summary

Head Well is seeking a part-time Nurse Practitioner (NP) in Eugene, Oregon to administer IV Ketamine treatments and Spravato therapy within an integrative psychiatry and wellness clinic. You will collaborate with the Medical Director and care team to develop personalized treatment plans, monitor safety, and educate patients on protocols and post-care.

Qualifications

• Active and unencumbered NP license in Oregon or eligibility.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in primary care, acute care settings, emergency departments, or urgent care.
• Interest in psychiatry, functional medicine, psychedelic medicine, and longevity-focused treatments.
• BLS/ACLS certification required.
• Patient-centered, holistic care with emphasis on mental health and wellness.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Administer Spravato treatments and oversee patient monitoring for safety and efficacy.
• Utilize acute care expertise to manage patient safety, monitor potential adverse reactions, and handle emergent situations.
• Provide patient education on treatment protocols, risks, and post-treatment care.
• Collaborate with the Medical Director and interdisciplinary team to develop personalized treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with all safety protocols.
• Work with the administrative team to ensure a smooth patient experience.
