Job summary

Medical Director Services PC is seeking an experienced Part Time Nurse Practitioner (NP) to service a skilled nursing facility in Holmdel, NJ. New grads are welcome, and an excellent salary will be offered commensurate with experience.

Extensive training will be provided. The NP will assess patients, perform examinations, administer treatments, and collaborate with physicians to maintain high-quality care. Hospital/SNF experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Board certification required for NP licensure.
• Experience in a hospital or SNF setting preferred.
• Strong clinical skills and patient communication.

Responsibilities

• Deliver quality care to patients in a SNF setting.
• Perform assessments, exams, and treatment planning.
• Administer medications and immunizations as needed.
• Document care in patient records and ensure compliance.
