Job summary

First Student in Rochester, NH is hiring a part-time Non-CDL bus driver to safely transport students to and from school and activities. The role offers a guaranteed 4 hours per day with a $1,000 sign-on bonus and paid training opportunities.

Walk-in interviews are held Tuesdays and Thursdays from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the location manager’s office. No appointment is necessary. Must be at least 21 with a valid license and be prepared for safety training.

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Prior customer interaction experience is a plus.
• Demonstrates safety-conscious approach to student transport.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport students to and from school and activities.
• Assist students with boardings, seat belts, and mobility aids.
• Maintain bus discipline and cleanliness; conduct pre/post trips.
