Chick-fil-A is hiring a Back of House Team Member to support daily kitchen operations and guest service. This part-time role emphasizes teamwork, safety, and high standards of food preparation in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely, quickly and efficiently, meeting Chick-fil-A standards.
• Know assignments for all kitchen stations, including fries, breading, assembling, boards, and food prep.
• Stock kitchen inventory as needed.
• Keep the kitchen neat, clean and orderly at all times.
• Stay up-to-date with new products rolled out by Chick-fil-A.
• Work safely around kitchen equipment and report maintenance issues to Leadership.
• Maintain personal knowledge by completing in-house training and updates.
• Complete all opening or closing tasks as assigned.

Back of House Team Member Responsibilities:
