Qualifications

• 1–3 years of ultrasound technologist experience required.
• 2–4 years of ultrasound experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs ultrasound procedures independently, adhering to department protocols and ensuring diagnostic imaging.
• Verifies patient identification and ensures procedures are ordered and acknowledged prior to imaging.
• Docs imaging procedures and patient information in the EHR, and scans documents into PACS for radiologist interpretation.
• Maintains a safe, clean, and organized work environment in accordance with safety guidelines.
• Opens and closes imaging procedures and coordinates inventory of imaging materials as needed.
