Job summary

Liberty Senior Living in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for a part-time night shift (7p-7a) at Briar Creek at The Barclay. Duties include assisting residents with ADLs, hygiene, and record-keeping; aiding the charge nurse as needed; and participating in in-service trainings.

Applicants must be 18+, hold a valid CNA certification listed in the DFS registry, and demonstrate genuine care for geriatric residents. Background checks and EOE apply.

Qualifications

• Must be a certified nursing assistant and listed in the DFS registry.
• Experience with geriatric patients preferred.
• Willing to follow orders and attend trainings.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, personal hygiene, and all ADLs as needed during shift.
• Assist with oral hygiene including denture care when getting up in the morning, after meals, at bedtime, and/or when needed.
• Completes patient care records at end of shift, including accurate I and O.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Assist charge nurse with resident needs and treatments as directed.
