Job summary

MULTI-SITE MANAGEMENT LLC is hiring a Customer Service Associate (CSA) for a part-time graveyard shift at our Las Vegas, NV location.

You will provide friendly, efficient service at the register, assist customers, handle money, and ensure product integrity while maintaining safety standards. This role emphasizes strong communication and reliable performance in a fast-paced store environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must be flexible to work various schedules.
• Ability to accurately handle money.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Effective communication with customers and coworkers.
• Ability to work independently and be self-motivated.
• Ability to perform simple math (counting, recording, addition, subtraction, multiplication).
• Nevada requires Responsible Alcohol Training Card (TAM) or TAM card at hire.
• Current Responsible Alcohol Training Card or TAM card at time of hire.
• Card must be obtained and renewed at own expense through NV Dept of Taxation or provider.
• Food Handler Safety Training Card required; obtain and provide prior to start date.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly service to customers.

• Operate cash register for purchases; assistance available if needed.
• Account for all monies, cigarettes, and lottery tickets on shift.
• Check expiration date and face-off product.
• Follow proper safety protocols and procedures.
