Job summary

AAA is seeking a Part Time Graveyard Security Officer in Los Angeles to handle access control, patrols, incident response, and administrative tasks assigned by the Security Office. The role requires security experience, a guard card, and the ability to work under pressure.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED Equivalent.
• Minimum one year security work experience in a professional setting.
• Guard card required.
• Experience performing technical procedures and completing reports.
• Comfortable working under pressure.
• Being dedicated to quality service.
• Familiarity with Security policies and procedures.
• Ability to assess and quickly react to emergency situations while maintaining composure and professionalism.
• Ability to follow detailed, step by step, procedures.
• Understand operational priorities, take initiative, and exercise sound independent judgment.
• Capable of working independently without extensive direction or oversight.
• Use technology to process information, improve security and communications.
• Strong multi-tasking skills.
• Detail-oriented focus.
• Preferred certifications: baton, mace, handcuffing, CPR/First Aid/AED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform access control and monitor all entry/exit points.
• Patrol perimeter, exterior and interior of the property.
• Enforce club policies and complete written reports.
• Document daily activities and respond to security incidents.
• Abide by standard operating procedures and assist with training as needed.
