Northeast Georgia Rehabilitation Institute, a part of Lifepoint Health, invites a skilled RN to join our 40-bed inpatient rehabilitation team in Gainesville, GA. This role emphasizes compassionate, patient-centered care for stroke, brain injury, and complex neurological conditions.

You’ll assess, plan, and document care while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to support recovery, safety, and quality outcomes for our patients and families.

Formación

• Active RN license (Virginia or compact) for licensure; if relocating, update to new PSOR.
• Associate's degree is required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• One year of experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Perform patient assessments and identify needs.
• Initiate appropriate nursing interventions.
• Provide care appropriate to patient condition and age.
• Document medical necessity in the record.
• Complete and revise the Interdisciplinary Care Plan for each patient.
