Qualifications

• Registered nurse licensed in Pennsylvania (RN).
• Trained in rehabilitative and restorative nursing techniques.
• Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, OBRA, and state nursing home regulations preferred.
• Criminal history background clearance as required by state law.
• Basic computer knowledge; scheduling software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise nursing staff and manage nursing operations including scheduling.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and organizational policies.
• Provide supervision and training to nursing staff and trainees.
• Assess resident care, conduct rounds and chart reviews.
• Communicate effectively with staff, physicians, residents, and guests.
• Participate in QAPI activities and implement improvement initiatives.
