Job summary

Advocate Condell Medical Center in Libertyville, IL, is seeking a part-time RN for the Clinical Resource Unit (CRU). The CRU provides care across inpatient units to meet fluctuating patient volumes and acuity, with two 12-hour night shifts weekly (1900-0730) and rotating weekends/holidays.

Requirements: accredited nursing program completion, IL RN license, BLS certification; CNA or RN experience preferred. Compensation aligns with the posted pay range; benefits eligible.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing.
• Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification issued by the American Heart Association.
• Previous CNA or RN experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures.
• Lead efforts to create the safest patient environment and best patient experience across the continuum.
