Qualifications

• Specialized Diploma Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required.

• Strong communication skills and teamwork within inter-professional teams.
• Proficiency in documenting health information and using IT for care delivery.
• Knowledge of medication administration and discharge planning.
• Familiarity with discharge planning and post-discharge needs.
• Understanding of nursing assessment and clinical judgment.
• Experience in safety, quality improvement, and CPR/BLS procedures.
• Active RN license in state of practice.
