Schedule: Part-time, Saturday–Sunday, 12:00 AM–8:00 AM. Responsibilities include greeting residents and visitors, handling calls, coordinating transportation, and supporting administrative tasks while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.

Qualifications

• Must have reception or front desk experience.
• Must speak fluent English.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the first point of contact for residents, families, and visitors, providing exceptional customer service.
• Answer phones, greet guests, manage resident requests, coordinate transportation and appointments.
• Assist with administrative tasks.
• Facilitate communication between residents and staff, ensuring a welcoming and organized environment.
