Job summary

Moraga Post-Acute is seeking a compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team on the Part-Time NOC shift. You will provide high-quality, resident-centered care while ensuring the comfort, dignity, and safety of our residents throughout the night.

Qualifications

• Active California CNA certification required (must be current).
• CPR certification preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable, compassionate, and team-oriented.
• Ability to work independently while delivering exceptional resident care.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and hygiene.
• Monitor residents overnight and promptly report changes to the licensed nurse.
• Assist with repositioning, transfers, and mobility following safety procedures.
• Maintain accurate documentation of resident care provided.
• Help maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment.
• Provide compassionate emotional support while treating residents with dignity and respect.
• Follow individualized care plans and infection control procedures.
