Qualifications

• Currently listed in good standing on the Missouri CNA registry.

Responsibilities

• Assist licensed staff with hygiene, physical care, and comfort measures for patients.
• Collect, transport, and handle specimens and equipment according to departmental guidelines.
• Observe and record patient data, reporting changes to licensed staff.
• Deliver care that respects patient rights in a diverse, multi-cultural setting.
• Promote patient safety, quality improvement, and cultural diversity through your work.
• Ensure that care is age‑appropriate, addressing the physical, psychosocial, and safety needs of each patient.
• Maintain a courteous and helpful demeanor with patients, visitors, and coworkers.
• Stay informed about relevant regulations and ongoing training.
