Qualifications

• Patience and tact when dealing with residents.
• Ability to stand, bend and lift for extended periods.

Responsabilités

• Observe and report changes in residents' health status to the Charge Nurse.
• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, oral hygiene, skin care).
• Document all care and observations under supervision.
• Follow Magnolia Health Systems guidelines in patient care.
