Qualifications

• Must have prior supervisory and cleaning experience.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States.
• Must be able to read English.
• Must pass a background screening.
• Must be over 18 years of age and have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Assigns tasks to cleaners and inspects work for quality.
• Issues supplies and equipment per budget.
• Reviews and approves hours on timesheets per budget.
• Requests cleaning supplies and equipment as needed.
• Submits repair requests for cleaning equipment.
• Maintains building security via access cards and keys.
• Communicates with Property Manager/Tenant in log book.
• Interviews and hires staff; conducts orientation on company policies.
• Monitors safety with chemicals and electrical equipment.
• Trains new employees in cleaning and safety.
• Promotes quality processes through QARs and teamwork.
• Handles employee issues or escalates to management.
