Job summary

Crew Carwash in Indiana (Saint John) is hiring a Part-Time Night Clean-Up Team Member. You will help keep the location clean inside and outside, including floors, walls, and equipment, while upholding our safety standards. You’ll smile, assist customers, and work 3–5 nights per week in a fast-paced environment.

Starting pay is $16 per hour with daily pay options. We provide tuition reimbursement, a 401K with company match, and free car washes, plus a set schedule from 9:00 pm to 1:00 am.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Be able to work 3–5 nights per week.
• Able to stand for extended periods (up to 8+ hours).
• Able to lift or move a minimum of 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Smile and engage customers positively.
• Live the safety value at all times.
• Maintain cleanliness inside and outside the location.
• Sweep and mop floors, scrub walls and equipment, and remove trash.

Crew’s Expectations

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Be able to work 3 – 5 nights per week
• Have the ability to work in a fast-paced operations environment
• Be able to stand for extended periods of time (up to 8+ hours per day)
• Be able to hustle with a sense of urgency
• Be able to reach, twist, kneel, squat, run, and/or jump
• Be able to push/pull drums and materials with the appropriate equipment
• Be comfortable working near/around moving mechanical parts
• Be able to climb ladders, scaffolds, and platforms
• Be able to lift or move a minimum of 50 pounds
• Be able to operate and utilize electronic devices
• Be able to withstand extended exposure to all weather extremes
