Overview

Perform night audit operations to maintain financial controls and ensure hotel standards. Coordinate with departments to provide quality guest service.

Responsibilities

1. Prepare daily revenue reports by auditing POS tapes and journals.
2. Run audit reports from the front office system and POS.
3. Make corrections, handle computer issues, and adjust reports as needed.
4. Input revenue, expenses, and allowances into the system to generate daily summaries.
5. Balance accounts nightly, maintain files, and reset systems for the next day.
6. Maintain regular attendance and be available to work as scheduled.
7. Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

1. Preferred hotel experience.
2. Basic math skills and ability to use a 10-key calculator.
3. Friendly and positive approach to guest and staff concerns.
4. Ability to accurately input data into computer systems.
5. Effective verbal and written communication skills, adaptable to different audiences.
