Audacy’s KCBS All News Radio in San Francisco is seeking a part-time News Reporter to cover breaking news, gather and craft reports for radio, app, and website. You will work from the field or newsroom, pitch stories, and collaborate with editors and producers to deliver timely content.

The role requires strong writing and verbal communication, willingness to work varied shifts, and a solid understanding of the SF market. This is an on-site, SAG-AFTRA (182) union position.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.
• Must be detail-oriented and meet tight deadlines.
• Extensive knowledge of the San Francisco market is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Report from the field or newsroom on KCBS channels (radio, Audacy app, station website, social channels).
• Conceptualize, pitch, produce and record news segments.
• Gather, write, record, edit and deliver news content with live coverage when breaking news occurs.
