Qualificações

• Master’s Degree in Speech Language Pathology is required.
• Speech Pathologist License in the State of Illinois.
• Must have current BLS within 90 days of hire.
• CCC preferred (Current Certificate of Clinical Competence).

Responsabilidades

• Demonstrates NM values of teamwork, patients first, integrity, and excellence in daily work.
• Provides accurate information and timely updates to patients and customers.
• Maintains primary responsibility over patient plan of care through collaboration with treating ST/STA.
• Completes daily notes reflecting patient’s response to treatment and status.
• Adheres to EMR documentation standards for evaluations, progress notes, and discharge summaries.
• Participates in education and mentoring activities for students and interns.
• Supports efforts to improve processes and reduce costs.
