Job summary

HEALTHCARE RECRUITMENT COUNSELORS is seeking a Neurologist for a flexible, part-time opportunity in Richmond, Virginia. The position offers on-site availability about once weekly or every other week and additional virtual care as needed.

Compensation ranges from $150 to $190 per hour, with a hybrid schedule combining in-person and virtual patient care. Travel to Fredericksburg is optional but welcomed, providing a supplemental income option for qualified physicians.

Qualifications

• MD/DO degree from an accredited medical school.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Neurology.
• Active Virginia medical license or ability to obtain one.
• Availability for periodic on-site patient care in Richmond.
• Willingness to travel to Fredericksburg is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive neurological evaluations and assessments.
• Diagnose and manage a variety of neurological conditions.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
• Review diagnostic studies and clinical findings.
• Provide follow-up care and ongoing patient management.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.
• Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation.
