• Analyze differences between legacy and redesigned NCVS questionnaires across major dimensions and explain changes.
• Advise BJS on reconciling problem cases with the new questionnaire.
• Answer questions from BJS about rationale for redesign decisions.
• Write technical documentation for NCVS data users.
