Part-time housekeeper/nanny in Garnet Valley (19060), $30-$40/hour. Real cleaning plus childcare, not babysitting with light tidying. Duties include bathrooms (toilets, tubs/showers, sinks and floors), kitchens, dishes, vacuuming/mopping, dusting, laundry, organizing, groceries, errands and pet-related errands across nearby family homes. Also care for a 4-year-old and help with daycare rides; childcare takes priority while supervising. Our monthly deep cleaner stays, but routine bathroom cleaning is part of this job. Preschool experience, safe driving, your own reliable transportation, comfort with dogs and strong follow-through are important. Mon-Fri 9am-2pm (about 25 hours/week) is a flexible starting window, not a fixed commitment; final schedule and extra babysitting by agreement.
