Job summary

Sandhills Nanny Co. is assisting a military family in Southern Pines, NC to hire a steady nanny for twin baby boys starting January 1, 2027. The role focuses on hands-on infant care for two babies with an early start and flexibility to fit a hybrid parent schedule.

You will handle bottles, feeds, diapers, naps, tummy time, reading, walks, and light housekeeping for feeding supplies and play areas. The home is dog-friendly and reliable transportation is essential.

Qualifications

• Infant care experience required; twins or multiples preferred.
• Ability to manage two babies simultaneously.
• Early start times and reliable transportation required.
• Comfortable with dogs in the home.

Responsibilities

• Care for two infant boys: bottles, feedings, diapers, naps and daily routines.
• Engage in tummy time, reading, play and walks.
• Prepare simple meals and snacks as babies start solids.
• Handle baby laundry and clean feeding supplies; tidy play and sleep areas.
• Let the dog out and assist with occasional short walks.

About the Job:

Twice the babies, twice the cuddles. A military family in Southern Pines is looking for a steady, hands‑on nanny for their twin baby boys, starting January 1, 2027.

Meet the Family:

One parent works full-time in a hybrid sales role, and the other has an unpredictable military schedule, so flexibility and clear communication matter a lot here. The family values hands‑on care and limited screen time. Their friendly golden retriever will likely be your biggest fan.

Schedule:

• Monday, Wednesday and Thursday, within a 6:00 AM–4:00 PM window.
• 20–29 hours a week, with start times between 6:00 and 8:00 AM.
• Hours can shift week to week, usually with about a week's notice.

What You'll Do:

• Bottles, feedings, diapers, naps and daily routines for two infants.
• Tummy time, reading, play and walks.
• Simple meals and snacks as the boys start solids.
• Baby laundry, cleaning feeding supplies, and tidying play and sleep areas.
• Letting the dog out, and an occasional short walk.
