Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise and care for children in a safe environment.
• Plan age-appropriate activities to promote physical, social, and cognitive development.
• Maintain open communication with parents about child progress.
• Keep a clean and tidy daycare space.
• Observe and document unusual behavior or incidents.
• Assist with basic needs such as feeding, diapering, and nap times.
• Follow all daycare policies and regulations and uphold confidentiality.
• Collaborate with co-workers to ensure smooth operations.
