Part Time Nabisco Merchandiser

Join our team of Part‑time Nabisco Merchandisers and fulfill the merchandising needs of our customers through communication and relationship building, stocking store shelves, and maintaining or changing out displays. Become an ambassador of world‑famous brands such as Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit, and other industry‑leading snacks.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in front of in‑store employees and work closely with the sales representative to optimize the visibility of Mondelēz products on shelves and construct promotional displays.
• Carry out in‑store visits according to Mondelēz’ DSD Merchandising Steps, including capturing pictures of displays at assigned stores.
• Ensure Nabisco leading brands are well represented, stocked, and maintained through the implementation of Mondelēz’ guidelines.
• Ensure Sales Representative’s negotiated plans with store managers are followed and communicate any issues with Mondelēz’ management team.
• Follow the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager to ensure the most efficient in‑store service.
• Enhance seasonal sales, seasonal displays, and new product launches.
• Demonstrate a positive and upbeat attitude while representing Mondelēz in store.

What to Expect

Hourly compensation rate ranges from $15.00 to $17.00 based on relevant experience.

Who is a Good Fit

• Be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver’s license issued by the state in which you reside.
• Possess a positive and professional attitude, be self‑motivated, and able to work independently.
• Have a valid personal vehicle with insurance coverage to travel to store locations; mileage will be reimbursed.
• Be able to perform hard work in a fast‑paced work environment and meet defined physical activities such as lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs.; occasionally pushing or pulling over 50 lbs.; physically moving products from stock rooms to store floor and stocking shelves.
• Previous retail / grocery experience is a plus.
• Live within 25 miles of the primary location Bloomington, IN.
• Secondary locations include Bedford, IN and Martinsville, IN.
• Schedule availability required: Sunday, Monday, Wednesday, Friday.
• Start time: 07:00 AM – 08:00 AM.
