Mondelēz International is hiring a Part-Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer in Sturgeon Bay, WI. You will visit stores, stock shelves, build relationships with store staff, and execute displays while ensuring products are in stock and properly presented.

Responsibilities include using an iPad to place orders via Salesforce, capturing display photos, and supporting seasonal launches. The role requires lifting up to 50 lbs and daily travel within the area.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license issued by the resident state.
• Positive and professional attitude; able to work independently.
• Ability to drive personal vehicle with insurance to multiple store locations; mileage reimbursed.
• Physical ability for lifting, bending, and moving product up to 50 lbs.
• Previous retail/grocery experience is a plus.

• Execute daily store visits following Mondelēz merchandising standards with photo capture via DMI.
• Build and maintain relationships with store staff to enable visibility of brands.
• Order product via iPad to keep shelf and display stock in good condition; use Salesforce for orders.
• Set up promotional displays and ensure compliance with RTM plans.
• Follow daily schedules and RTM guidance for efficient coverage across stores.
• Support seasonal sales, product launches and high-visibility events.
• Communicate store insights, issues, or opportunities to RTM and management.
• Handle physical tasks like lifting and stocking products safely and efficiently.

A Part-Time Merchandiser Order Writer is a frontline force for retail excellence. As a Brand Execution Merchant, you’ll bring world-famous snacks like Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy!, and Triscuit to life in-store - building relationships, stocking shelves, executing displays, and ensuring shoppers always find their favorite snacks right where they expect them. Your work delights consumers, drives results, and keeps our iconic brands front and center: perfectly placed, impossible to miss, and always in stock. Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism, positivity, and a commitment to excellence as you are the face of these iconic brands/owner of the biscuit aisle. Serve as the face of the company, delivering outstanding customer service to both store teams and shoppers

• Execute daily store visits following Mondelēz’ DSD Merchandising Excellence, including capturing display photos, via DMI
• Build and maintain strong relationships with store personnel, such as backroom receivers and store managers, to support execution and visibility of our brands
• Order product via iPad to maintain in-stock conditions for both shelf and display using Salesforce
• Implement promotional displays and ensure compliance with your RTM-negotiated plans with the stores
• Follow daily schedules and priorities set by your RTM for efficient coverage among your retail team and colleagues
• Support seasonal sales, new product launches, and high-visibility merchandising events
• Communicate store-level insights, issues, or opportunities to your RTM and management team
• Stay Safe & Compliant, embracing the physical nature of the role – including lifting, bending, and moving product through a snack-powered hustle

Who is a good fit?

• Be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver's license issued by the state in which the person resides.
• Someone with a positive and professional attitude who is self-motivated and can work independently.
• Ability to drive your personal vehicle with valid insurance coverage to a variety of store locations (mileage will be reimbursed).
• Ability to perform hard work in a fast-paced work environment and to meet the defined physical activities like repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs. Occasionally, pushing and pulling over 50 lbs. This includes physically moving our products from the stock rooms to store floor and stocking the store’s shelves.
• Previous retail / grocery experience is a plus.
• Live within 25-35 miles range from the primary location: Sturgeon Bay, WI

Schedule availability required: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday Start Time: 06:00 AM 24 hrs/wk #ushourly

Salary and Benefits

Hourly compensation rate ranges from $16.00 to $18.00 based on relevant experience
