Job summary

Mondelēz International seeks a Part-Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer to build visibility of Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy!, Triscuit, and more across Rockwall, Rowlett, and surrounding areas. Duties include stocking shelves, stocking displays, taking photos, and ordering products via iPad using Salesforce.

The role emphasizes face-to-face service and brand execution in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old with a valid driver's license issued by the state of residence.
• Positive and professional attitude; self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Must drive own vehicle with valid insurance; mileage reimbursed.
• Capable of repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs; occasionally over 50 lbs.
• Retail/grocery experience is a plus.
• Live within 25–35 miles of Rockwall, TX (Rockwall primary, Rowlett as secondary).
• Schedule: Sunday–Tuesday, Friday; start by 5 am; 15–20 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism and be the face of the brands.
• Provide outstanding customer service to store teams and shoppers.
• Perform daily store visits, capturing displays and following DMI merchandising standards.
• Build and maintain relationships with store personnel to support execution and visibility.
• Order product via iPad to maintain in-stock conditions using Salesforce.
• Set up promotional displays and ensure RTM-plan compliance with stores.
• Follow daily RTM-driven schedules for efficient coverage.
• Support seasonal sales and new product launches; assist merchandising events.
• Communicate store-level insights or issues to RTM and management.
• Stay safe and compliant; perform physical duties involved in merchandising.

A Part-Time Merchandiser Order Writer is a frontline force for retail excellence. As a Brand Execution Merchant, you’ll bring world-famous snacks like Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy!, and Triscuit to life in-store - building relationships, stocking shelves, executing displays, and ensuring shoppers always find their favorite snacks right where they expect them. Your work delights consumers, drives results, and keeps our iconic brands front and center: perfectly placed, impossible to miss, and always in stock.

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism, positivity, and a commitment to excellence as you are the face of these iconic brands/owner of the biscuit aisle.
• Serve as the face of the company, delivering outstanding customer service to both store teams and shoppers
• Execute daily store visits following Mondelēz’ DSD Merchandising Excellence, including capturing display photos, via DMI
• Build and maintain strong relationships with store personnel, such as backroom receivers and store managers, to support execution and visibility of our brands
• Order product via iPad to maintain in-stock conditions for both shelf and display using Salesforce
• Implement promotional displays and ensure compliance with your RTM-negotiated plans with the stores
• Follow daily schedules and priorities set by your RTM for efficient coverage among your retail team and colleagues
• Support seasonal sales, new product launches, and high-visibility merchandising events
• Communicate store-level insights, issues, or opportunities to your RTM and management team
• Stay Safe & Compliant, embracing the physical nature of the role – including lifting, bending, and moving product through a snack-powered hustle

Who is a good fit?

• Be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver's license issued by the state in which the person resides.
• Someone with a positive and professional attitude who is self-motivated and can work independently.
• Ability to drive your personal vehicle with valid insurance coverage to a variety of store locations (mileage will be reimbursed).
• Ability to perform hard work in a fast-paced work environment and to meet the defined physical activities like repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs. Occasionally, pushing and pulling over 50 lbs. This includes physically moving our products from the stock rooms to store floor and stocking the store’s shelves.
• Previous retail / grocery experience is a plus.
• Live within 25-35 miles range from the primary location: Rockwall, TX
• Secondary locations: Rowlett, TX
• Schedule availability required: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Friday; start by 5 am, 15-20 hours per week

Salary and Benefits:
