Mondelez International Inc. is seeking a Part-Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer to bring iconic brands like Oreo and Ritz to life in Moore, OK. You will stock shelves, execute displays, and place orders via iPad using Salesforce, ensuring products are in stock and visually appealing.

You’ll work 15–20 hours weekly, starting early mornings, visiting multiple stores within a 25–35 mile radius, with mileage reimbursement and a focus on safe, compliant merchandising execution.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license issued by your state.
• Positive, professional, and self-motivated; able to work independently.
• Driver’s personal vehicle with valid insurance; mileage reimbursed.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 25 lbs, occasional 50+ lbs, bending and moving product.
• Retail/grocery experience is a plus.
• Live within 25–35 miles of Moore, OK (primary) and Norman, OK (secondary).
• Schedule requires Saturday, Sunday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday; start by 5 am; 15–20 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism and a positive attitude.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to store teams and shoppers.
• Visit stores daily to capture displays and ensure in-stock conditions.
• Build and maintain relationships with store personnel to support visibility.
• Place orders via iPad (Salesforce) to keep shelves stocked.
• Set up promotional displays and adhere to RTM plans.
• Follow RTM schedules for efficient coverage with the retail team.
• Support seasonal sales, launches, and high-visibility events.
• Report store-level insights and opportunities to RTM/management.
• Work safely; perform physical activities required by the role.

A Part-Time Merchandiser Order Writer is a frontline force for retail excellence. As a Brand Execution Merchant, you’ll bring world-famous snacks like Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy!, and Triscuit to life in-store - building relationships, stocking shelves, executing displays, and ensuring shoppers always find their favorite snacks right where they expect them. Your work delights consumers, drives results, and keeps our iconic brands front and center: perfectly placed, impossible to miss, and always in stock.

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism, positivity, and a commitment to excellence as you are the face of these iconic brands/owner of the biscuit aisle.
• Serve as the face of the company, delivering outstanding customer service to both store teams and shoppers
• Execute daily store visits following Mondelēz’ DSD Merchandising Excellence, including capturing display photos, via DMI
• Build and maintain strong relationships with store personnel, such as backroom receivers and store managers, to support execution and visibility of our brands
• Order product via iPad to maintain in-stock conditions for both shelf and display using Salesforce
• Implement promotional displays and ensure compliance with your RTM-negotiated plans with the stores
• Follow daily schedules and priorities set by your RTM for efficient coverage among your retail team and colleagues
• Support seasonal sales, new product launches, and high-visibility merchandising events
• Communicate store-level insights, issues, or opportunities to your RTM and management team
• Stay Safe & Compliant, embracing the physical nature of the role – including lifting, bending, and moving product through a snack-powered hustle

Who is a good fit?

• Be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver's license issued by the state in which the person resides.
• Someone with a positive and professional attitude who is self-motivated and can work independently.
• Ability to drive your personal vehicle with valid insurance coverage to a variety of store locations (mileage will be reimbursed).
• Ability to perform hard work in a fast-paced work environment and to meet the defined physical activities like repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs. Occasionally, pushing and pulling over 50 lbs. This includes physically moving our products from the stock rooms to store floor and stocking the store’s shelves.
• Previous retail / grocery experience is a plus.
• Live within 25-35 miles range from the primary location: Moore, OK
• Secondary locations: Norman, OK
• Schedule availability required: Saturday, Sunday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday; start by 5 am, 15-20 hours per week
