Mondelez International is seeking a Part-Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer in Boise/Eagle, ID. You will represent iconic brands like Oreo and Chips Ahoy! in-store, stock shelves, build displays, and maintain accurate product levels.

You will drive store visits, capture display photos, and place orders via an iPad using Salesforce. The role emphasizes excellent customer service, collaboration with store personnel, and adherence to merchandising standards.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age with a valid driver's license issued by the state of residence.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Positive, professional attitude and ability to work independently.
• Must be able to drive personal vehicle to various store locations; mileage reimbursed.
• Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs, bend and move product; occasional 50+ lbs.
• Retail/grocery experience is a plus.
• Live within 25–35 miles of Boise, ID; Eagle, ID as secondary location.
• Schedule: Tue–Fri; starts at 5 am; 20 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism and positivity; be the face of the biscuit aisle.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to store teams and shoppers.
• Execute daily store visits and capture display photos using DMI and the iPad/Salesforce.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with store personnel to support in-store visibility.
• Order product via iPad to maintain in-stock conditions for shelf and display (Salesforce).
• Implement promotional displays and ensure adherence to RTM plans.
• Follow daily RTM schedules for efficient coverage with the retail team.
• Support seasonal sales, new product launches, and high-visibility events.
• Communicate store-level insights or opportunities to RTM and management.
• Maintain safety and comply with physical role requirements.

A Full-Time Merchandiser Order Writer is a frontline force for retail excellence. As a Brand Execution Merchant, you’ll bring world-famous snacks like Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy!, and Triscuit to life in-store - building relationships, stocking shelves, executing displays, and ensuring shoppers always find their favorite snacks right where they expect them. Your work delights consumers, drives results, and keeps our iconic brands front and center: perfectly placed, impossible to miss, and always in stock.

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism, positivity, and a commitment to excellence as you are the face of these iconic brands/owner of the biscuit aisle.

• Serve as the face of the company , delivering outstanding customer service to both store teams and shoppers

• Execute daily store visits following Mondelēz’ DSD Merchandising Excellence, including capturing display photos, via DMI

• Build and maintain strong relationships with store personnel, such as backroom receivers and store managers, to support execution and visibility of our brands

• Order product via iPad to maintain in-stock conditions for both shelf and display using Salesforce

• Implement promotional displays and ensure compliance with your RTM-negotiated plans with the stores

• Follow daily schedules and priorities set by your RTM for efficient coverage among your retail team and colleagues

• Support seasonal sales , new product launches, and high-visibility merchandising events

• Communicate store-level insights, issues, or opportunities to your RTM and management team

• Stay Safe & Compliant , embracing the physical nature of the role – including lifting, bending, and moving product through a snack-powered hustle

Who is a good fit?

• Be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver's license issued by the state in which the person resides.

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.

• Someone with a positive and professional attitude who is self-motivated and can work independently.

• Ability to drive your personal vehicle with valid insurance coverage to a variety of store locations (mileage will be reimbursed).

• Ability to perform hard work in a fast-paced work environment and to meet the defined physical activities like repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs. Occasionally, pushing and pulling over 50 lbs. This includes physically moving our products from the stock rooms to store floor and stocking the store’s shelves.

• Previous retail / grocery experience is a plus.

• Live within 25-35 miles range from the primary location: Boise, ID

• Secondary locations: Eagle, ID

• Schedule availability required: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday; 5 am start time, 20 hours per week

Salary and Benefits:

Hourly compensation rate ranges from $19.00 to $20.00 based on relevant experience;
