Job summary

Mondelēz International in Colorado Springs, CO, is looking for a Part-Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer to bring iconic brands to life in-store. You will stock shelves, build displays, and place orders via iPad using Salesforce to ensure products stay in stock.

The role requires 20–25 hours per week, five days, starting at 6 am, traveling within 25 miles. Prior retail/grocery experience is a plus; REAL ID or federal ID is required for access to certain facilities.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with valid REAL ID, U.S. passport, or federal ID.
• Ability to drive personal vehicle with valid insurance; mileage reimbursed.
• Ability to perform physical work: lift up to 25 lbs, occasional 50+ lbs.
• Retail/grocery experience is a plus.
• Live within 25 miles of Colorado Springs, CO; secondary Falcon, CO location.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism and positivity.
• Serve as the face of the company to store teams and shoppers.
• Execute daily store visits and capture display photos via DMI/Salesforce.
• Build and maintain relationships with store personnel.
• Order product via iPad to maintain in-stock conditions for shelves and displays.
• Implement promotional displays per RTM plans and schedules.
• Follow daily schedules set by RTM for efficient coverage.
• Support seasonal sales and new product launches.
• Communicate store-level insights or opportunities to RTM/management.
• Adhere to safety standards and handle lifting/motion required by role.

A Part-Time Merchandiser Order Writer is a frontline force for retail excellence. As a Brand Execution Merchant, you’ll bring world-famous snacks like Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy!, and Triscuit to life in-store - building relationships, stocking shelves, executing displays, and ensuring shoppers always find their favorite snacks right where they expect them. Your work delights consumers, drives results, and keeps our iconic brands front and center: perfectly placed, impossible to miss, and always in stock.

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism, positivity, and a commitment to excellence as you are the face of these iconic brands/owner of the biscuit aisle.
• Serve as the face of the company, delivering outstanding customer service to both store teams and shoppers
• Execute daily store visits following Mondelēz’ DSD Merchandising Excellence, including capturing display photos, via DMI
• Build and maintain strong relationships with store personnel, such as backroom receivers and store managers, to support execution and visibility of our brands
• Order product via iPad to maintain in-stock conditions for both shelf and display using Salesforce
• Implement promotional displays and ensure compliance with your RTM-negotiated plans with the stores
• Follow daily schedules and priorities set by your RTM for efficient coverage among your retail team and colleagues
• Support seasonal sales, new product launches, and high-visibility merchandising events
• Communicate store-level insights, issues, or opportunities to your RTM and management team
• Stay Safe & Compliant, embracing the physical nature of the role – including lifting, bending, and moving product through a snack-powered hustle

Who is a good fit?

• Be at least 18 years of age and have a valid REAL ID driver's license (issued by the state in which the person resides), U.S. passport, or federal ID. This role will service a military base facility where it is a federal requirement to have a valid REAL ID driver’s license, U.S. passport, or federal ID to access.
• Someone with a positive and professional attitude who is self-motivated and can work independently.
• Ability to drive your personal vehicle with valid insurance coverage to a variety of store locations (mileage will be reimbursed).
• Ability to perform hard work in a fast-paced work environment and to meet the defined physical activities like repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs. Occasionally, pushing and pulling over 50 lbs. This includes physically moving our products from the stock rooms to store floor and stocking the store’s shelves.
• Previous retail / grocery experience is a plus.
• Live within 25 miles range from the primary location (Colorado Springs, CO)
• Secondary locations: Falcon, CO
• Schedule availability required: Five days per week including possible weekend; start by 6 am, 20-25 hours per week

Salary and Benefits
