Job summary

Mondelēz International is hiring a Merchandiser to represent the company in Stirling, NJ. You will perform in-store visits, stock shelves, rotate products, and ensure brand standards while engaging store personnel.

You’ll capture display photos using the DMI system, build relationships with store staff, and communicate insights to the RTM and retail team via Salesforce. This role requires driving a personal vehicle and readiness for physical work.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old with a valid driver's license.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in retail or consumer goods.
• Own a personal vehicle with valid insurance for store visits.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and occasionally 50 lbs.
• Live within 25–35 miles of Stirling, NJ; Bernardsville, NJ is a secondary location.
• Schedule availability: Sun, Thu, Fri, Sat.

Primary responsibilities include:

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism, positivity, and a commitment to excellence

• Serve as the face of the company, delivering outstanding customer service to both store teams and shoppers

• Execute store visits following Mondelēz’ DSD Merchandising Principles, including capturing display photos, via digital merchandising initiative DMI

• Build and maintain relationships with store personnel, such as backroom receivers, to support execution and visibility of our brands

• Stock shelves, rotate product, and maintain brand standards across your stores

• Implement promotional displays and ensure compliance with your Retail Territory Manager’s (RTM’s) negotiated plans

• Follow daily schedules and priorities set by your RTM for efficient coverage among your retail team and colleagues

• Support seasonal sales, new product launches, and high visibility merchandising events

• Communicate store-level insights, issues, or opportunities to your RTM and retail team via Salesforce

• Stay Safe & Compliant, embracing the physical nature of the role – including lifting, bending, and moving product through a snack-powered hustle

Requirements Include:

• Be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver's license issued by the state in which the person resides.

• High School Diploma or GED preferred; or can earn your GED while gaining the skills!

• 1-3 years of experience in retail or consumer goods preferred

• Someone with a positive and professional attitude who is self-motivated and can work independently.

• Ability to drive your personal vehicle with valid insurance coverage to a variety of store locations (mileage will be reimbursed).

• Ability to perform hard work in a fast-paced work environment and to meet the defined physical activities like repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs. Occasionally, pushing and pulling over 50 lbs. This includes physically moving our products from the stockroom to store floor and stocking the store’s shelves.

• Live within 25-35 miles range from the primary location: Stirling, NJ

Salary and Benefits:
