Mondele9z International is seeking a Part-Time Nabisco Merchandiser to fulfill merchandising needs by stocking shelves, maintaining displays, and supporting promotional activities. You will visit stores according to a daily schedule and help ensure brands like Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, and Triscuit are well represented.

Responsibilities include creating displays, taking store photos, and coordinating with the sales representative to follow plans.

Qualificações

• Be at least 18 years of age with a valid drivere license issued by the state of residence.
• Positive, professional attitude; self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Must be able to drive your personal vehicle with valid insurance to multiple store locations (mileage reimbursed).
• Physically capable of repetitive lifting and carrying up to 25 lbs; occasional pushing/pulling over 50 lbs.

Responsabilidades

• Represent Mondele9z in stores and work with the sales rep to optimize shelf visibility and displays.
• Conduct in-store visits per Mondele9z merchandising steps and photograph displays.
• Ensure Nabisco leading brands are stocked and displayed per guidelines; adjust as needed.
• Follow negotiated store plans and flag issues to Mondele9z management.
• Adhere to the daily merchandising schedule for efficient in-store service.
• Support seasonal sales, displays, and new product launches.

Part Time Nabisco Merchandiser

Join our team of Part Time Nabisco Merchandisers and fulfill the merchandising needs of our customers through communication & relationship building, stocking store shelves, and maintaining or changing out displays. Become an ambassador of world-famous brands like Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in front of in-store employees and work closely with the sales representative to optimize the visibility of Mondelēz products on shelves and to construct promotional displays.
• Carry out in-store visits according to Mondelēz’ DSD Merchandising Steps including capturing pictures of displays at assigned stores.
• Ensure Nabisco leading brands (Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit, among others) are well represented, stocked, and maintained through the implementation of Mondelēz’ guidelines.
• Ensure Sales Representative’s negotiated plans with store managers are being followed and communicate any issues with Mondelēz’ management team.
• Follow the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager to ensure the most efficient in-store service.
• Enhance seasonal sales, seasonal displays, and new product launches.
• Demonstrate positive and upbeat attitude while representing Mondelēz in store.

Who is a good fit?

• Be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver's license issued by the state in which the person resides.
• Someone with a positive and professional attitude who is self‑motivated and can work independently.
• Ability to drive your personal vehicle with valid insurance coverage to a variety of store locations (mileage will be reimbursed).
• Ability to perform hard work in a fast‑paced work environment and to meet the defined physical activities like repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs. Occasionally, pushing and pulling over 50 lbs. This includes physically moving our products from the stock rooms to store floor and stocking the store’s shelves.
• Previous retail / grocery experience is a plus.
• Live within 25 miles range from the primary location Clearfield, PA
• Secondary locations: Dubois & State College
• Schedule availability required: Wed, Sat & Sun
• 15 hours

Salary and Benefits

• Hourly compensation rate ranges from $19.32-$21.32 based on relevant experience
