Job summary

Mondelēz International is hiring a Part-Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer to bring iconic brands like Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy!, and Triscuit to life in stores across Cody and Powell, Wyoming.

You will stock shelves, execute displays, and ensure products are in stock, while building relationships with store personnel and customers. The role requires lifting, driving your own vehicle, and weekend availability.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver’s license issued by the state of residence.
• Must be able to drive own vehicle with valid insurance to diverse store locations.
• Physically able to perform repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs; may push/pull over 50 lbs.
• Retail/grocery experience is a plus.
• Live within 25 miles of Cody, WY; secondary location Powell, WY.
• Open availability including weekends; 20 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism and positivity.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to store teams and shoppers.
• Visit stores and capture product displays and photos as required.
• Maintain relationships with store personnel to support execution and visibility of brands.
• Order product via iPad to maintain in-stock conditions using Salesforce.
• Implement promotional displays and ensure compliance with RTM plans.

A Part-Time Merchandiser Order Writer is a frontline force for retail excellence. As a Brand Execution Merchant, you’ll bring world-famous snacks like Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy!, and Triscuit to life in-store - building relationships, stocking shelves, executing displays, and ensuring shoppers always find their favorite snacks right where they expect them. Your work delights consumers, drives results, and keeps our iconic brands front and center: perfectly placed, impossible to miss, and always in stock.

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism, positivity, and a commitment to excellence as you are the face of these iconic brands/owner of the biscuit aisle.
• Serve as the face of the company, delivering outstanding customer service to both store teams and shoppers
• Execute daily store visits following Mondelēz’ DSD Merchandising Excellence, including capturing display photos, via DMI
• Build and maintain strong relationships with store personnel, such as backroom receivers and store managers, to support execution and visibility of our brands
• Order product via iPad to maintain in-stock conditions for both shelf and display using Salesforce
• Implement promotional displays and ensure compliance with your RTM-negotiated plans with the stores
• Follow daily schedules and priorities set by your RTM for efficient coverage among your retail team and colleagues
• Support seasonal sales, new product launches, and high-visibility merchandising events
• Communicate store-level insights, issues, or opportunities to your RTM and management team
• Stay Safe & Compliant, embracing the physical nature of the role – including lifting, bending, and moving product through a snack-powered hustle

Who is a good fit?

• Be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver's license issued by the state in which the person resides.
• Someone with a positive and professional attitude who is self-motivated and can work independently.Ability to drive your personal vehicle with valid insurance coverage to a variety of store locations (mileage will be reimbursed).
• Ability to perform hard work in a fast-paced work environment and to meet the defined physical activities like repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs. Occasionally, pushing and pulling over 50 lbs. This includes physically moving our products from the stock rooms to store floor and stocking the store’s shelves.
• Previous retail / grocery experience is a plus.
• Live within 25 miles range from the primary location: Cody, WY
• Secondary locations: Powell, WY
• Schedule availability required: Open availability including weekends; 20 hours per week

Salary and Benefits

Hourly compensation rate rages from $16.00 to $17.00
